Prices, timelines and inclusions shown here are indicative starting points published in good faith. They are not a quotation and do not form a contract. A binding price only exists once we have completed discovery and issued a written proposal that you have accepted.
Every engagement is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, price, payment schedule, intellectual property and liability. The points below are how we normally structure that agreement, included here so there are no surprises before you read it.
Anything you send us about your business is treated as confidential, whether or not a non-disclosure agreement is in place. We will sign yours if you have one.
We do not publish a client name, logo or case study without written permission. Silence is not permission.
Projects usually depend on services we do not control, such as hosting, payment processing, email delivery or a content platform. Those services have their own terms and their own availability. We choose them carefully and configure them properly, but we cannot be responsible for an outage or a policy change on a platform we do not run.
This website is provided as it is. We work hard to keep the information accurate and the site available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing published here is legal, financial or professional advice.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data or loss of business arising from your use of this website.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Liability within a client engagement is addressed in the project agreement, not here.
Where we link to another website we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control it, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on it.
We may update these terms as the business changes. The version published here is the current one, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
