How long does a project actually take?

A marketing site is usually three to four weeks from approved design. A larger site with a CMS and integrations runs five to eight. Custom applications start at around three months. The single biggest variable is not our speed, it is how quickly feedback comes back, so we agree review windows up front and build the schedule around them.

Who owns the code and the accounts?

You do, from the first commit. The repository lives in your organization, the domain and hosting are registered in your name, and analytics belongs to you. There is no proprietary builder to stay locked into and nothing to buy out if you leave.

What happens after the site goes live?

Accepted Answer

Every project includes a period of free fixes, thirty days on smaller builds and ninety on larger ones, covering anything that is not working as agreed. After that you can take a monthly care plan for patching, monitoring and small changes, or handle it in-house with the runbook we hand over. Either way you can email us and get a reply.

Can I ask for changes during the build?

Yes, and the earlier the better. Design revisions are expected and included, which is exactly why we get you clicking a prototype before production code exists. Once a section is built, a change is still possible but it costs real time, so we will tell you what it affects before starting.

Will the site rank on Google?

We handle everything technical that affects ranking: fast pages, clean markup, structured data, sitemaps, canonical tags, no crawl traps. That gets you on a level footing. Ranking above established competitors also needs content and time, and any agency promising a position by a date is selling something they cannot control.

Can you improve the site I already have?

Often, yes, and it is usually cheaper than starting over. We audit what you have, tell you honestly whether it is worth fixing, and if it is we work on the existing codebase. If the platform is genuinely holding you back, we will explain specifically why rather than just recommending a rebuild.

How is the price calculated?

By scope, not by hours. After discovery you get one fixed number covering design, build, copy, testing and launch. If we underestimate the effort, that is on us. If you add something outside the agreed scope, we quote it separately before starting so nothing appears on an invoice unannounced.

Do you work with clients in other countries?

Accepted Answer

Most of our work is remote across North America, the UK, Europe, the Gulf and Australia. We keep at least a two-hour overlap with your working day for calls, and everything else runs asynchronously through a shared board and a weekly written update. Contracts and invoices can be issued in USD, GBP, EUR or AED.

Who will I be dealing with day to day?

The people building your project. There is no account manager layer, so when you ask why something is taking longer you get the actual reason. You will have a shared channel for quick questions and a weekly written summary of what moved, what is next and anything blocked on you.

What does it cost to run once it is built?

Accepted Answer

For a typical marketing site, hosting is often free or under twenty dollars a month, plus your domain. A CMS may add a small subscription. Applications with a database and background jobs cost more, and we size that during discovery so it is in the budget from the start rather than a surprise in month two.

Is accessibility included or extra?

Accepted Answer

Included. Every build targets WCAG 2.2 AA as a baseline: keyboard navigation, visible focus, sensible heading order, sufficient contrast and tested screen reader behavior. A formal accessibility audit with a written conformance report is available separately if you need one for procurement.

Can you take over a project someone else abandoned?

Sometimes. We start with a paid review of the existing code and infrastructure, usually two to three days, and then tell you plainly whether it is worth continuing or whether rebuilding the core would be cheaper. You get that assessment in writing either way, even if the answer means we do not take the project.

Do you invoice in Pakistani Rupees?

Yes. Clients based in Pakistan can be invoiced in PKR, and the displayed PKR prices on the pricing page reflect the current exchange rate from one configurable number we update regularly. Final invoices are issued in the currency agreed at project start, usually PKR for Pakistan-based clients and USD for international ones.

Do you work with local Pakistani businesses, schools and NGOs?

Yes, and we take this part of the work seriously. Pakistani SMEs, schools, NGOs and local businesses make up a meaningful portion of what we do. Our static site packages start at an entry price designed specifically for organisations with smaller budgets. We do not offer the same quality at a lower standard just because the client is local. The code, the performance and the accessibility requirements are the same.

Yes. WhatsApp is our preferred channel for quick questions and fast back-and-forth. The number is listed on the contact page and appears as a floating button throughout the site. For project inquiries with details or attachments, email or the contact form tends to work better.
