Short version: we collect what you send us through the contact form, we use it to reply, and we do not sell or share it. The detail is below.

NexaForge operates this website and decides how any personal data collected through it is used. For anything in this notice, including a request to see or delete your data, write to nexaforge.services@gmail.com.
Only two categories, and one of them is optional.
Where the UK GDPR or the EU GDPR applies, our lawful basis for handling a contact form submission is legitimate interest: you asked us a question and we need your details to answer it. If a conversation turns into a project, the basis becomes performance of a contract.
Server logs are also processed under legitimate interest, specifically keeping the service available and secure.
We keep the list of processors deliberately short. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job.
Our providers operate globally, which means data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Where personal data of people in the UK, the EU or Switzerland is transferred, our providers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent approved safeguard.
Contact form messages are kept for up to 24 months so we have a record of the conversation, then deleted. If we work together, project correspondence is kept for as long as the engagement runs plus seven years, which is the period our accounting obligations require. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a short period, typically 30 days.
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner to dismiss.
Your theme preference (light, dark or system) is saved in your browser’s local storage under the key "nexaforge-theme". It never leaves your device and is not readable by us.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format.
To exercise any of these, email nexaforge.services@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, and if you are in the EU to your national supervisory authority.
This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing clients will also be sent by email.
