About NexaForge
We build software for companies that have been let down by an agency before. That shapes almost everything about how we work.
NexaForge exists because the middle of the market is broken. At one end there is the cheap build: a template, a stock photo and a developer who stops replying six weeks after the invoice clears. At the other end there is the large agency, where your project is real work but it is also somebody third priority, filtered through two account managers.
We sit in between on purpose. Small enough that you talk to the people writing the code. Structured enough that there is a scope document, a test suite, a deployment pipeline and a runbook, rather than one person and their laptop.
The work is mostly unglamorous and that is fine. Making a page load in 1.4 seconds instead of 6. Replacing a spreadsheet that four departments quietly depend on. Fixing an authorization bug before an attacker finds it. None of it wins design awards. All of it changes what a business can do.
We are careful about who we take on. If your project needs a specialist we are not, we will tell you and, where we can, recommend someone. A polite no in week one is worth more to both of us than a strained yes in month four.

Principles
Four rules we hold to even when a project would be easier without them.
If a deadline is unrealistic or a feature is a bad idea, you hear it while there is still time to act on it. Bad news does not improve with age.
Decisions, architecture, credentials, incident procedures. If knowledge only exists in someone head, the project has a single point of failure.
A tight version one that ships beats an ambitious version one that slips. You learn more from a fortnight of real usage than from another month of planning.
Accessibility, performance and security are not line items to be traded away. They are part of the job whether or not anyone asked for them.
Why us
Nobody hires a studio because of its logo. They hire it because the obvious risks have been addressed before they had to raise them.
No account manager relaying messages to a team you never meet. The person answering your question is the person writing the code, which is why answers tend to be specific.
The repository is in your organization. The domain is in your account. If you decide to work with someone else next year, nothing has to be untangled first.
We quote after discovery, not before it. If something turns out to be harder than expected, that is our problem to absorb, and we will tell you early rather than at the deadline.
Launch is the halfway point. Patching, monitoring, small changes and the occasional emergency are all part of the relationship, whether or not you take a care plan.
How we work
No black box, no month of silence. You always know what is happening, what comes next, and what we need from you.
Thirty minutes to understand the problem, who it affects and what a good outcome looks like. If we are the wrong fit, we will say so on that call and point you somewhere better.
You get: A written summary of what we heard and whether we can help.
We map the pages or the workflows, the data behind them and the risks worth flagging. Only then do you get a price, because a number given before this stage is a guess dressed as a quote.
You get: Scope document, timeline and a fixed price.
Layout, type, color and interaction, reviewed on real screens rather than as flat images. Changing your mind here costs an afternoon. Changing it after the build costs a week.
You get: Interactive prototype and an approved design system.
Work lands on a staging URL you can visit whenever you want. Weekly check-ins, no surprises, and every change reviewed before it reaches production.
You get: A staging environment updated continuously.
Performance, accessibility and security are verified before anything goes live. Then we walk your team through it and hand over every credential.
You get: Live site, documentation and a recorded walkthrough.
Dependencies get patched, uptime gets watched, and small changes get made without a new contract every time. This is where a site either ages well or quietly rots.
You get: Monthly maintenance and a report you can actually read.
Send us the awkward question. The one you would rather ask before signing anything.
